3. Understand how the Application is used and improve its features and performance
4. Create and manage your account and sync your notes (in relation to personal information)

6. Understand which features matter and improve reliability (in relation to usage data)
7. Store your notes and sync them across your devices (in relation to user-generated content)
8. Process payments and complete transactions you request
9. Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, property, or safety of the Application, its users, and others

Suggest titles and summarize long notes when you ask for it

Information you provide may be processed by these features to generate the results you request. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice.

The Application does not use your information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this document. Changes take effect when the updated Policy is posted, unless a later date is stated. Where applicable law requires it, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
